I'm Down to Work So Much

Oo la la... memang aku sibuk sesangat (konon) sampai tak sempat nak update blog. Nak sneek peak pun tak sempat. Apatahlagi nak berblogging sesuka hati. Walaupun tak de orang teringin nak baca blog aku ataupun memang takde orang yang tau pun blog aku ni, tapi memang ada keinginan nak update post. Cuma ia hanya mimpi tinggal mimpi. Sampailah hari ni jari jemari aku tergerak nak melawat blog aku dan nak post new stuff.

Well, kalau nak dikira start dari last post, memang dah almost 9 months. hehe..lama sungguh no! FB senang nak update sebab memamg dihujung jari tapi blog aduhai... It may comes spontaneously, I mean the idea. Tapi idea ada, jari baloq liat pun tak jadi jugak. Baloq liat tau dak? Itu bahasa orang utara, yang bermaksud malas nak mampoih. Hahaha... syokkkk ooo bahasa orang utara ni. Nampak macam kasar tapi sebenarnya santai dah mesra. Kadang-kadang lawak pun ada jugak. Aku pun bukan terror sangat tambah-tambah term orang2 lama. Terkulat-kulat bijik mata. Kalau dah nama aku asal orang Penang pun, tak berapa terror. Yang jadi partner org Kolumpo lagilah berpinaq biji mata. Ambik hang..selalu gak aku pekena dia. Tapi tang dia pekena aku bahasa Jawa, memang teruk aku kena main. Kui kui, dah hampir 7 tahun kawin pun berapa patah bahasa jawa saja yang aku boleh tangkap. Kalau full conversation dorang pakai javanese band (bak kata Osbon), memang aku sengih macam kerang busuk. Nak menyampuk tak faham. Nak syak wasangka dok mengutuk aku, tak baik pulak. Last-last, sengih saja la.

Sebenarnya, aku dalam mood happy sekarang sebab mak aku tersayang tercintun dah mula duduk rumah aku start 3hb Jun aritu. Perggh..hepi beb dia nak ikut. Separuh dari tu aku paksa sebab dia tak pernah datang rumah aku. So, kalau tak paksa takdenye der nak ikut. Walaupun nampak macam aku akan busy dan rutin bertambah dengan kehadiran mak aku ni, tapi dalam hati YaAllah aku sangat seronok macam nak melompat sampai bintang. Sapa tak seronok oiii mak dok ngan kita. Dah lama aku berjauhan dengan mak. Sesekali saja balik bila ada masa terluang. Nak senggol2 dengan dia ke, nak peluk2 dia ke time tu la pun. Apalagi nak berbakti, memang kurang la. Macam mana nak berbakti duduk jauh. Habis-habis, kirim duit, make phone calls and doa je la. Now, dah dekat di sini memang aku cuba buat yang terbaik untuk mak. Semoga diberkati usahaku untuk menggembirakan dia. Aaminn..yarabbal alamin.

Aku memang sibuk betul sekarang. Bukan la buat-buat sibuk tapi mmg rasa banyak sangat kerja. Assistant ada tapi entahlah macam nak delegate pun tak sempat, rasa macam kita buat lagi cepat kan. tapi kesian pulak kat budak tu kang tak belajar apa-apa. So nak tak nak kenalah jugak ajar sikit2 supaya nanti senang bila aku cuti ka, mc ke, EL ke. Anyway, time cuti pun aku still angkat phone. So,no worries la sgt kan. Harap2 in due time, company berkembang boleh tambah staff dan kurang sikit kerja aku. Aaminn lagi..hehe

New Ship Is Already Sailing

See, I told you before. I put better words in Engrisshh no matter how broken it is. :-)

I have moved! To the new house I mentioned previously in my post. We got into this new ship on 1st October and now we're into 2 weeks of sailing. The captain and sailors are all the same only the ship is better. And I love my new house totally! Who don't if it's your very own house? See, one of my junior sailors is still on the verge of understanding what the heck we're all doing there.

I don't do so much with my new house. Only buying new furniture just to fill those empty space. Ahhh.. what a brilliant excuse to spend your money. Those brownish curtain, I bought it few months back. It never cross my mind what theme we're gonna choose. But, brown @ earth color is picked just to be on the safe side. On my part, I think it's pretty match. Ohh...the red basket? It's just a coincidence. Not in my plan.
The floor is broken marble as it's already nice for my point of view. I just need rugs on top of that. Few weeks before, I draft two theme for furniture-wise. One is red, white & black. The other was grey-white. I loved the grey-white more but turned out the theme was over-budget so we decided to go for red-white-black. Pretty-well for amateur like us! Please don't compare us with Eric Leong. Forgive me for this pic. I don't blame the lil cutie pie. Just the pink bag and diapers bag tagged in the pic. They are flaws.
Spot the white wall cabinet? The previous owner left for us. We didnt' have any idea on what to put inside the cabinet. End up, we put all our belongings like spectacles, keys, watch, bangle inside. Hahaha... shame on us. And next to the sliding door is my wall-shelve from Ikea that I love most! They also have in red and white but those colors are sold out. No stock. Luckily, we picked the right color. Black is always match with anything. All books on the shelf, they're mostly mine. You want to borrow? Over my dead body first. Hahaha... We bought the painting above the sofabed few years back. It's quite sentimental value and yet cheaper.

Tadaaa...the dining hall. Simple maa... The dining set only costs us around RM315 altogether. The rug also from Ikea. I don't want the set on bare floor. So, this rug is just nice. And don't forget cheap!

My lovely kitchen is just the same. Only that, the top were filled with my stuff. Newbies are Panasonic flusk from Tesco and wine rack which I bought also at Ikea. The first day we moved, our old flusk gone kaput. Shit....out of many days, it wanted to kaput on our moving day. Having a baby who drink formulated drink, you need to always have hot/warm water. So, the Panasonic one cost me a RM169 only for 3 liters capacity. Expensive huh? But the good part is, the charcoal wall inside the flusk definitely worth buying. My tea and coffee are tastier than before. And some more, you can clean the flusk by pressing the cleaning button for 3 seconds. I haven't tried it yet because it's still new and clean! As for wine rack, I fell in love with it for an excuse to stock up my warm water in bottles. They look nice on the top...You can buy one. It's only RM49.

The most expensive one we bought from Ikea is this Klippan two-seater sofa in Granan Red. Actually, 3 medium size person can seat on this sofa which made me proud to get this one. At first, I crazily wanted to buy the polka-dot (red-white) also from Klippan, but as it new in store, it's much expensive than this one. But, it's ok I'm happy. I like simplicity and this pic define me.

I haven't have pictures of upper-floor. They are just bedrooms and all that. Nothing much to show. Floors are all timber-flooring and I don't have to add up anything. Probably later on when we have enough budget, I'll look into PAX-system for wardrobe from Ikea as well as bedroom set for our kiddos. :-D

I'm more happier than before!

New Role

Hectic! Itu saja yg boleh aku describe pasal 2-3 bulan kebelakangan ini. Eh tetiba post BM. Ok gak sbb skrg tengah mood raya. Takde selera nak berbahasa Inggrishh... Penat wei balik kg beraya wpun seronok sakan. 3-4 jam jugak perjalanan dengan kereta yg tak berapa nak vroomm..lgpun husband aku ni x brp suka memandu laju. bahaya katanya. betul tu...biarlah berhemah! asal selamat! Kami gerak dr Melawati ari sabtu malam pkl 11, sampai di Penang 4 pagi. Syukur perjalanan lancar. Takde tersengguk2. Cuma aku je yg kot yg sengguk menahan kemengantukan. Biarlah cik abe yg mjlankan kewajipan memandu.

Sbnrnya post aku selain nak bcerita pasal hari raya, aku jgk nak mengomel pasal jawatan baru aku. Bila bos2 wat keputusan nak bukak francais Tutti Frutti (TF) pada bln Mei 2011, mmg nama aku disebut2 gak utk jadi PIC bakal kedai TF tu. Disebabkan TF ni la, ofis kami pun akan berpindah ke Cheras. then bila renovation dah start, bos sound you kena jaga nanti kedai ni Fiza. Aku  memula cam terkujat gak. Erkk? biar betik... aku mmg zero experience bab2 retail shop ni. Ada la sket2 ilmu tp bukan secara langsung. Kira cabaran gak ni. Aku ingat bos main2 tp sbnrnya mmg betul. Dup dap dup dap jantung memikio tentang tanggungjawab. Bkn apa, bos ada retail shop sebelum ni. And manager shop tu pun kira kenal2 gak. background engineer tapi quite hampes gak wat keje. So, kalau boleh aku tak nak lah jadi macam tu. Malu wei... Insya Allah akan ku cuba menjalankan tanggungjawab yg diamanahkan dgn sebaik2nya. Aminn...

By the time aku tulis post ni pun dah bulan 10. Ngeh ngeh ngeh...dah hampir 3 bulan lebih TF beroperasi. Tgk pada prestasi, mmg fenomena betul. Aku sendiri pun mcm addicted tp sonok wei sebab staff ada everyday meal. Yumyum...sampai kadang2 tak lalu nak makan. :-D Overall, mmg aku rasa ok kot boss pun takde komplen sgt. Everything is under control. Krew pun nasib baik dpt yg ok. Ada flaws sikit2 here and there pun xper, as long as diorang loyal and boleh buat keje. Dah cukup baik la tu! Aku pun dah tak byk sgt turun2 since tgk bebudak tu dah boleh run sendiri. In term of cash monitoring and other than that, boleh nampak mcm takde masalah. Short sket2 2-3 hengget tu aku suruh je dorang topupkan. Jangan tidak jer... TF ni pun dah ada byk regulars. Aku pun ada kenal few yg selalu datang. In fact, bila ada hal jer bebudak ni soh refer manager. Adehhh....manager la sgt. Kui kui kui...and biasanya ada issue2 kecik ni aku suroh dorang handle jer. Cuma isu yg besar sket yg melibatkan decision making mmg aku take over la. Alhamdulilah so far mmg tak de komplen dr pihak customers. In fact, ada yg puas hati dgn tekstur yogurt kami. Sbb aku pun bgtau krew ikut resipi je, jangan memandai ubah. Aku dah malas nak rasa2 dah sbb diorang pun mmg ikut resipi asal. So oklah...

Lagipun other than being in manager role, aku byk lagi benda nak buat kat office. Multitasker la katakan... Admin/secretarial stuff still aku manage.. Nak update/report sale/mesyuarat & minitnya/surat2/ lesen2 perniagaan dan segala mak nenek lesen/AP semua aku buat. kekadang aku jugak merangkap receptionist kalau dia cuti. Oklah...one of PABX phone mmg ada kat tempat aku. So no worry setakat nak tekan butang kecik and buat suara gediks menjawab telefon. Ahakss...bukan perasan tp suara ku mmg ada yg puji sedap! Belum tengok orgnya lagi...huahuahua.  Cuma tang nak buat pintu aku kena berlari2 anak sket. mcm exercise la kira tp tak kurus2 jugak. Hampeh betoi! Kalau korang tgk meja aku humang aih bersepah mcm workloads dah dapat untuk upfront 10 years punya. Wakaka...sbnrnya aku mmg jenis bekerja bersepah meja. Sbb aku tau mcm mana aku keja so kalau ada org ubah, mmg nak kena la! Carik nahas...tp ada jugak time yg bila kemas, perghhh...cleaner pun takut tgk meja aku! And tahun ni mmg gempak sebab personal stuff mcm lotion, perfume, bedak bayi, deodorant, krim tumit pecah2 pun aku stock up atas meja. Siap ada tabung siling lagi. Hebat2...tp aku jarang capai pun benda2 tu. Benda tu leh wat org addicted sbb mcm tak puas2 nak upgrade prestasi dorang. Penat wei nak racing ngan org lain. Buat pagar la, beli ayam la, beli bangunan la! Tak kuasa aku nak layan...

Ni pun sebenarnya ada benda nak buat. 2 minit mesuarat menanti utk ditaip. Friday ni nak meeting, br terhegeh2 nak buat minit yg lepas. Padahal aritu meeting awal bulan 9. Tak sempat beb..ingat senang ke nak wat minit ni. Kena feeling dan ada ilham baru impressive. Kekeke...alasan ye dak. Oklah biarlah aku menyudahkan minit aku, nanti aku sambung lagi. Mana tau, pas ni post Engrisshh balik!

News & Handbags Craveness

Salam,

Life continues as it should always be. And so do I.

Work. Kids. Families. Survival. Obligations. Responsibility.

And Alhamdulillah I still can smile till today. And upon this writing moment, I felt a huge relieve for that certain obligations has nearly come to an end. Oh news? I have news to spread. Not only one but plenty.

I bought a house (Hehe..I love repeating this one). The final stage is just around the corner. Laywer will deal with former bank of the vendor. Then, the payment will be released to the bank. The vendor also will get the money and so on... I just have to pay my final payment on legal thing and the purchase will sealed! I've had a discussion with the vendor on the moving plan. By latest, end of July will be the time to move. And I just hope everything will be smooth. (Does it sound like a poem?)

My office will be moving to Bdr Sri Permaisuri, Cheras by next month. Opss, the outlet will be open first, and 1 week delayed for the office part. Since the renovation for the 1st floor office had just started, other colleagues will have to stay at Kajang first. I'll be traveling alone with my hubby. That's the main menu on my childish mind. I love hanging out with him even for work.

My company will be opening an yogurt ice cream outlet known as Tutti Frutti. I tasted the ice cream before. Twice and have to admit they are yummiest! And the most important, it's healthy.

I'll be a manager. Outlet Manager. It's totally big. For me since I only did admin stuff before and workloads are definitely not tricky as engineer or technical post. Thanks to my boss for upgrading me. Giving me an opportunity to play a new role. And also trust my ability. One thing for sure is salary increase. Yaay! Actually I'm quite nervous about this one. I didn't have a solid experience especially on retail but I did have a bit knowledge on the surface about how this thing will be going likely. Wish me luck!

I bought a Coach Bag. From Kristin Collection. And a Coach Wristlet. OMG I sounds so greedy! This is the first time I bought an expensive handbag and I feel quite hesitation about the decision. Reason, it's expensive. But, another few reasons have overtaken the first reason made me shape my mind. Hehe.. result? I am so happy, satisfied and feel renew. See the pic for the handbag and wristlet.

I don't have a picture of me carrying this bag because I feel shy. Even after received the bag, I kept them in the dust bag until the right time came. But, now everyday I carry them. Wristlet have a similar function as purse or wallet. Although it's slightly bigger than normal size, I am happy. My previous purse is very masculine yet very convenience for me to hand carry without handbag.  But, it's already worn out. It's time for a change. Thanks to HandbagHonco for providing branded stuff at cheaper price.

Ok, those are all the news. Nothing more, nothing less.

Oh by the way, my sister in law will be accompanying her parent in law to London. Her sister in law is going to do her master there. The whole family is going for 2 weeks and it's such a pleasure to hear their trip plan. Paris is one of their destinations. Paid Trip! who doesn't want? So, after browsing along the Longchamp website, I already have a list to tag along. Not so much but cost me quite a cash. Never mind. I still have 2 months to save money on that. Before pen off, I just love to post a pic on one of my list.

I like rich red! It's a LONGCHAMP PLANETES SHOPPER.

6 Years of Marriage

It's only 6 but it means a lot. Sum of 365 days times 6 equal to 2190 days of lingering in each others' good & bad things. Congrats to us for surviving the whole 6 years without a huge fight, deep hatred or even being emotionally hurt. We live happily to how we define the happiness in our own term. I love my husband so much to the extend that sometimes I couldn't express the feeling daringly to his face. Deeply, only God knows.

I didn't take too much time to realize that my husband was the one for me and he still is now. The way he present his humbleness and how he treat elderly intrigued me very much. Obviously, that will be the person I want to spend my life with. Who is not only understand the word respect but doing it as well. Our relationship have not drained complication, tears or anger. Indeed, not so many. We always take steps to cherish each other as much as we can afford. True, there were time when we disagree on some issues but it wouldn't be dragged longer as we know how to end it.

He's only the same person I knew before we married, and yet he never change. Only that he becomes more lovable, caring & very family man. He loves his sons very much that I never see any man could ever give that love before. Please, I wouldn't mention my late father for example as he's definitely fall on other special category. I love the way my husband shows his tenderly love toward them. Sometimes, he's a resemblance of another kid in our family when it comes to play time with my sons. And I bet most kids love that!

It's tomorrow.
As I continue writing this, my heart is racing with the fact that I have been with him for 6 years. Legally. And I hope we will be together for another years to come until our last breath. I don't have any plan to celebrate our anniversary but perhaps 2 slices of red velvet cake may be enough to describe the red flame of our marriage.  With 2 kids definitely.

Happy Anniversary to us!

On Life Changing

I've turned my life, my family life to another extent when I decided to move to where I live now. From quite a remote area, we have evolved into more friendly neighborhood where daily supplies are accessible yet very near to you. I won't feel guilty if I can tell flaws that we faced during our time at Rawang.

It's an apartment. There's nothing wrong with a 5-storey building that everybody calls home. I love my apartment at Bandar Tasik Puteri. It's our first property ever so to speak. Actually, it's my hubby. But, I guess I'm allowed to take part as co-owner. After my contract was over with Siemens, we couldn't afford to pay rental and at the same time monthly installment for the apartment itself. It was my idea to move. We have good neighbors around. The population was countable by fingers as too many homes were left abandoned for various reasons. It was so quiet there when night appears. As a temporary housewife, taking care 2 months old son alone with only few people around your neighborhood was very challenging. Hubby's workplace was at Shah Alam and it took him an hour or two to either reach office or home. I felt like ages waiting my hero to come back to our embrace. Farihin was filled with so much love and care I could provide 24 hours. I watched him grow with my own eyes until I finally recruited by a construction company at Puchong.

Yes, it was Rawang-Puchong-Shah Alam. Most of our friends said we're crazy to be part of the long-journey-like-hell to our workplace. And guess what? We rode. A 1996 Kriss (if i'm not mistaken). We seriously broke our pocket if we travel by car. So many things happened during the process. Getting summon from the police for not using motorcycle lane. Flat tyre was countless. Nearly got into an accident. Soaked in a damn heavy rain. But, we survived. Syukur Alhamdulillah for the bless we have been granted. Then, we travel back by car after it's installed with NGV. We invested in big amount, but we saved a lot. We tried every and each routes that can help us save toll cost. Even though it means waking up as early as 5.30am. We started at dusk and returned at dawn. There were times when I burst my tears on the corner of my own desk at office, thinking of my lil boy. I didn't get to see him for almost 13 hours a day. Because we need to work to live.

The special thing about living in BTP is after you've been burdened with those workloads in office, compulsory traffic jam around KL, is quietness. It's like you're at your most peaceful world. It's the best part. But, you surely need to travel very far for Tesco or Carrefour. Let alone big shopping complex like Jusco or Parkson. The neareast you have for groceries grab is almost 10-15 kilos. I guess. Still, BTP has mini markets @ Kedai Aceh. You can buy as much as supplies to stock up kitchen but when you park your car. Heads up and knowing how many steps you need to climb, things always end up with fighting. Hehehe...pathetic isn't?

Now, after 3 years living high sky we are so grateful to get a house for rental. Moving to Kajang is absolutely the hardest yet very right decision I've ever made. I was given only a week to find a rental house, packing up, hiring a mover, looking for babysitter/nursery and so on. ONE WEEK. But, Allah SWT showed me the way. Smooth one. The best thing, personally to me after 1 month we moved, I was pregnant. Good things happened one after another. But, the endless happiness He granted to me made me pay with my tears. He took my father away. I accepted the fitrah and I accepted that I am now fatherless. And Allah SWT is Powerful toward Everything.

I am very convenient now with the way I live. Facilities like school, shop, market, gas station and etch are easy within my reach. I actually left out my office. Distance only 300 metres from my house. It's true. When you have so much comfort, you may resist to go over the edge for you worry the comfort you enjoy will not last. It happens to me as I speak. It is the reason that drag me and husband to seek our own house in this particular area. We finally found our home. In Kajang. Instead of living near northern previously, I noticed that we actually very much headed toward southern area. What can I say, God has plan for all of us. For now, I love everything happens to me at the moment.

As my boss spread the news that we probably (or may I say solidly confirm) move to our new office at Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras; I still overwhelm with how I managed to grab my dream house. Definitely we'll stay here for maybe another 10 years. And my office? Did I tell you that my husband work in the same area? 5 minutes distance by car perhaps from my new office. I can't stand to put another grinning toward this entire post. We're destined to be in each other's aura. We're going to travel together again. It's the sweetest thing I really look forward to.

I Own A House

Well, I would say it's a super extreme joy to just write the title. Yay!!!!!!!!

Syukur Alhamdulillah for all the gifts, prosperity, rezeki, bless and not forgetting hardship & torn milestones He granted for us. All those mileage gave us an experience and true feeling that God; Allah SWT would never test His slaves to what they can bear. I myself hereby admit we never go the hardest part of life in this world. Ever. Yet. And I am too much grateful for that. Syukran Jazilan Ya Allah...

We finally own our first house. Despite the fact that we actually had an apartment in Rawang. This is totally different. H.O.U.S.E. Landed, gated and double storey.  And it's beautiful. I won't speak so much to why we picked this house. Even it's a sub-sale purchase, we satisfied. I might just let the pictures speak.

This is the front view of the house. The former owner already did some renovation works with the porch. Full tiles, sliding door and the partition area.

Front door entrance. Don't judge the furniture. They don't belong to me for sure.

The living room. It's small but seems comfortable and roomy for our family.

See the combination between wall board with the mirror on the other side. It makes the space spacious and I like the idea so much.

The built up for this house is slightly smaller than usual which is 18x65 instead of 20x70. There was a small room before here and the former owner, brilliantly turned that unpractical room to this small & cozy dining room.

I don't know why I capture this pic. It's only a sink & wash basin where you can see the neighbor's house at the back. Wait until you see the most part that I nearly going crazy to get this house.

Tadaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!! It's the white solid-top kitchen cabinet complete with hob,  hood & built-in oven that mesmerized me. I love the color, the combination. Everything. Funny isn't? I only fell in love with the kitchen area that made me want the whole house. And now I can smile to my ear because every pictures you see is mine now. Not officially but will be.

It's quite tricky when you decided to buy a sub-sale house but they are worth more to you personally when you get this kind. I don't need to spend further on renovation as I feel they are enough already. Probably I only require few new things that I still can decide whether I should or I shouldn't. Easy.

I couldn't say more. I'm just a happy person today.
