It's only 6 but it means a lot. Sum of 365 days times 6 equal to 2190 days of lingering in each others' good & bad things. Congrats to us for surviving the whole 6 years without a huge fight, deep hatred or even being emotionally hurt. We live happily to how we define the happiness in our own term. I love my husband so much to the extend that sometimes I couldn't express the feeling daringly to his face. Deeply, only God knows.
I didn't take too much time to realize that my husband was the one for me and he still is now. The way he present his humbleness and how he treat elderly intrigued me very much. Obviously, that will be the person I want to spend my life with. Who is not only understand the word respect but doing it as well. Our relationship have not drained complication, tears or anger. Indeed, not so many. We always take steps to cherish each other as much as we can afford. True, there were time when we disagree on some issues but it wouldn't be dragged longer as we know how to end it.
He's only the same person I knew before we married, and yet he never change. Only that he becomes more lovable, caring & very family man. He loves his sons very much that I never see any man could ever give that love before. Please, I wouldn't mention my late father for example as he's definitely fall on other special category. I love the way my husband shows his tenderly love toward them. Sometimes, he's a resemblance of another kid in our family when it comes to play time with my sons. And I bet most kids love that!
It's tomorrow.
As I continue writing this, my heart is racing with the fact that I have been with him for 6 years. Legally. And I hope we will be together for another years to come until our last breath. I don't have any plan to celebrate our anniversary but perhaps 2 slices of red velvet cake may be enough to describe the red flame of our marriage. With 2 kids definitely.
Happy Anniversary to us!
